The User Workshop 2008 this year with the theme "Touch, Feel & Experience" was held at The Royale Bintang @ Damansara on the 15th of October 2008. The event was organized by CALMS Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and our business partner EntryPass Corporations Sdn. Bhd.

The event was attended by 23 participants from 17 companies nationwide. The motive of this years User workshop is to enable each participant to Touch, Feel & Experience our products hands on.

Participants started registering around 9 a.m. Each participant information was captured via CALMS MyKad Integrator & Visitor Management System. A visitor smart card was then provided with their photo & information printed via FARGO printer.

The program started at 9.45 a.m by a welcome speech from Ms. Koh Lee Ching, the CEO of CALMS Technologies. Att 10 a.m., the launching of new company name took place. Payment Transaction Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is now known as CALMS Technologies Sdn. Bhd..The Workshop then stop for a 15 minutes break.

During the break, participants are able to touch, feel and experience the services that CALMS Technologies and our partner EntryPass provided at the respective booths. Both companies's staffs are available to provide the necessary information to participants regarding the services and products available.

The workshop continued with a speech by Mr. Adam Tan, Sales Director on One Card Solution - Your Total Solution. Basically, Mr. Adam Tan explained how CALMS one Card Solution can be used in any situation and in any industry.

Updates on Application Solution Designer's Executive Director Mr. Ryan Tan was next on the agenda followed by "A User's Show Tell Session" - Sharing the Experience speech was given by Mr. Lambert from INTI, Subang Jaya.

A Q&A session was held before the workshop came to a close. Two lucky participants walked home with a surprise gift each for successfully answering CALMS Technologies CEO question. The lucky winners are: 1) Cik Zarina from KIPSAS and 2) En. Fazrul Hisham from MPSJ. "Congratulations to the two winners".

All participants were then invited for a Buffet Lunch @ The Royale Bintang Window Restaurant. The workshop ended at about 2 p.m.
